Next Steps

1) Please complete the form and enter your card or PayPal details as directed.

2) Once you have pressed the orange 'Complete my purchase' button, you will be taken to another screen asking you to create a password. This is simply an admin process, setting your account up in our system. After that screen you will be taken to a payment confirmation screen and also receive a payment confirmation email, both with instructions of what to do next.

1) Although Qigong is very safe and low- impact, I understand that any exercise involves a risk of injury. I agree to take responsibility for my participation in classes and understand that I exercise at my own risk. I understand that before embarking on any new exercise routine I should consult a doctor. I agree to inform the teacher if I am pregnant or have any health issues/conditions which may impede exercise. I understand that classes will be recorded and that other class members may be able to see and hear me during classes if I have my camera/microphone on.

2) Alex teaches live classes for at least 330 days per year – on days when she is not available in person, either a recording will be provided, or one of her senior students will teach the class.
