Alex teaches her 30-minute classes LIVE online twice a day, EVERY day – these are not recordings (although you can access class recordings and a library of individual moves to also study at your own convenience).  Teaching live means she can offer immediate feedback, but more importantly creates a sense of accountability to actually show up and take part, and it gives a real sense of community with your classmates ❤️

Qigong is gentle movement with mindful breathing.

Who's Alex Carter?

 

According to breathwork guru Chuck McGee III, she’s a “Qigong master and karate badass” 😂   More seriously though…
 
Alex is a life-long martial artist, a Qigong, Karate and Kobudo instructor based in the UK with 25 years’ professional teaching experience who is absolutely at the top of her game – a 4th dan Black Belt and former English Champion 🏆 who also speaks 5 languages.
 
She has traveled the world over 3 decades from Taiwan to Okinawa to study with the most talented masters.
